President and CEO – Raul is a US ARMY veteran who graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Sociology/Criminology. Raul has nearly two decades of vast IT experience delivering customized solutions to both private sector clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and various U.S. Federal Government agencies such as the Executive Office of the President, Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security and Hitachi Vantara Federal.
